Today is the 23nd annual World AIDS Day.  What can you do to participate?

1. Know your HIV status.  Find a clinic near you where you can get free or low cost HIV testing.  You can also send a text message with your ZIP code to “KNOWIT”
(566948). Standard text messaging rates apply.

2. Educate yourself about HIV/AIDS.  You can read more on the IMPACT Program website, including some great videos on how to correctly use a male condom or a female condom.  Even learn how to pick out the right kind of lubricant. Learn more about prevention, diagnosis, and living healthy with HIV here.

3.  Learn more about the impact of the epidemic among gay and bisexual men with a fact sheet from the CDC.

4.  Spread the word by clicking the share button at the top right of the post to help educate your friends and family.
