What is it?

This survey is part of a research study developed by Dr. Brian Mustanski, Director of the IMPACT LGBT Health and Development Program, at Northwestern University.

How do I take part in this study?

Provide your e-mail address below and when the survey launches in the next couple of week you will receive a link to the survey and information about compensation.

Privacy Policy

This online survey will be encrypted during transmission using SSL security to protect the privacy of your answers. To help protect your privacy you should close your Internet browser when you are done with the survey. If you share your computer, you may also want to think about clearing your browser history (see the computer’s program help menu for instructions).

Your email address and other contact information will always be kept separately from your answers to the questionnaires. We have already assigned you a personal ID number that we use to store your answers to the questionnaires. We will keep your name and other contact information linked to your ID number in a password protected computer file on a password protected server at Northwestern University. Only staff members, who need this information to contact you in regards to this study, will have access to it. To protect your privacy we will only contact you using information that you have approved and we will use discretion if you request it (this means we will not tell anyone who is calling or why we are calling). We won’t share your personal data e.g. E-mail id, Contact Number with any third party. We respect your privacy, we won’t use your E-mail and name other than to update you on your status in the study survey or to send you your gift-card upon completion of the study.
