Requesting Use of Copyrighted Materials
A signed authorization is required each time you want to use copyrighted materials. To request to reproduce copyrighted materials from the IMPACT LGBT Health & Development Program, fill out the Copyright Permission Request Form and email the signed form to impact[at] Please limit to one item (e.g. video, photo, quiz, blog entry) per request form, and submit your request at least two weeks before you need an answer.


The IMPACT Program is located in downtown Chicago at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. We are also resident partners of the Center on Halsted, which is where the majority of study visits take place.

Taking public transportation is recommended, as we are not able to validate for parking. To plan your trip, use the Chicago Transit Authority’s Trip Planner.  Paid parking garages are also available at Northwestern University and in the nearby vicinity.
